Terms & Conditions

Draft service conditions for business accounts, content, screens and commercial arrangements.

Updated 30 October 2026 · Version 1

Draft for review

Draft for review. The legal business name is not yet decided. Operator details, final commercial terms and data-retention arrangements must be confirmed before these policies are adopted for a production service.

Status of these terms

These draft terms describe intended service conditions and do not replace a separately agreed business contract. The legal operator, contract formation, applicable jurisdiction and final commercial terms must be confirmed before formal adoption. Viewing this page does not create an account, accept a contract or start a paid subscription.

Account and organization responsibilities

Use the service only with authority to manage the relevant organization and displays. Keep sign-in details and device credentials secure, assign appropriate roles and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Possession of a TV QR code does not grant unrestricted access to an already connected organization.

Your content and permissions

You retain responsibility for your uploaded material and must have the rights, permissions and consents needed to process and display it. Uploading content is intended to allow the processing and delivery needed to follow your display instructions, not to transfer ownership of your content.

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or deceptive material, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass platform or organization security.

Plans, trials and billing

Published plan prices are in INR and exclude applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Annual plan amounts are paid upfront for 12 months. The agreed quote or commercial arrangement should specify the actual charges, tax information and service scope.

The current account request form does not collect payment, grant paid screen capacity or activate a trial. Trial eligibility, cancellation and refund arrangements must be confirmed as part of the applicable service agreement; this draft does not invent an automated entitlement or refund process.

Operation and availability

Initial pairing, new downloads and server-side changes require network access. An offline TV can continue eligible verified cached content; it cannot receive an immediate new update or removal while disconnected. Hardware, power, clock, storage and content conditions can affect operation.

Service availability or business outcomes are not guaranteed merely by a website description or device status label. Any agreed availability, support or recovery commitments should be stated in the applicable business agreement.

Access changes and ending use

Organization permissions and device connections can be changed by authorized administrators. Contact the operator to discuss account closure or data requests. Removing a screen or stopping an ad placement does not by itself erase retained media, operational history or all offline copies.

The applicable agreement should explain service termination, cancellation and any continuing obligations. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that applicable law may provide.

Questions and final review
